This design is called “Modern Art” because the textures had that feel to me. I made this out of a sculpty skirt but I do have a traditional straight skirt in the box because I know sculpty skirts can be tough to sit in. I kept both skirts playfully short but not too short. I mixed a cute sheer scarf with it that has some wonderful bright red flowers on the design. I thought it really set off the outfit. Stocking and shoes are also custom to this dress.
