Cupid has been throwing hats around now and you can find one in the castle and it has something from Summer's closet in it! This is today's hat for 1L ::) (1 Hat a day! BAD CUPID)

KISS ME!!!! & MONDAY & TUESDAY's CHILD!

KISS ME is a Limited Edition Dress just for Valentine's Day 2009 and it will be limited to 50 sold only! It lis covered in lipstick kisses and reminds me of a Kissing Barbie lol as it did Rissa. It is just too cute!

I have Monday and Tuesday for you and the story behind these dresses is that they are both original lace and bodices from vintage wedding gowns. Tuesday's Child is from a Nolan Miller gown and Monday is from a gown from the early 1900's. I love to use the vintage textures! I also placed a fun skin out called STEALING BEAUTY for 1L and the CUPID ARROW HUNT IS STILL ONGOING!

New Year Wishes! & DEJA VU HUNT!

I also want to wish everyone a wonderful new year full of goodness and plenty for all. I hope 2009 will be a better year for all of us. I have had a great time here in SL and working with Summer and all my lovely friends who have been so kind. We look ahead to the coming months and forge new bonds and friendship. We will be having a fashion show and look for some wonderfully fun designs from the past as we continue the vintage theme. I hope to give you some designs from old movies and favorite stars! The hunt is full of fun things and one of the last designs I made was a skin and a Vargas pinup - lol. That's what I love about SL - you can be creative and silly and give it all away! DEJA Vu Retro Hunt - January 1st!

Coming soon and everything old is new again! You will be able to pick up gifts ranging from 1688 period dress to the 1980's - just depends on how creative we get! For now here is a hint of the 1688 Frenchman's Creek outfit in the hunt - well worth coming! Begins on January 1st at 8:00 AM SL time all over the sim!

Latest News & Gifts

Well we just got confirmed for Ridha Cooljoke to play for us at 1:00 PM SL time on the 8th of November - a good way to start out the month! Also, I have completed the Diva of the Month and it is spectacular. Will post it tomorrow after I release the 50 Limited Edition dresses with shoes. For today I have some pics of a few more gifts. There is November - a sweater skirt set that is too cute (especially with ETD hair on sale at about 30L for packs!!!). Then we have Retro Chic. You know the 70's is back with and updated twist. Here we have a pants suit with a belt. You can see the silver heart necklace. That's a gift too. Anyway I plan to have a big fall sale on the 8th too and lots more to come. Be sure and pick up your 10L vote pumps too!! VOTE TOMORROW!!

Halloween Hunt Prizes - Vintage Halloween

The idea for this came from a vintage Halloween image - so I have done a skin and a dress called Vintage Halloween - ready for the hunt on the 11th?

This is a close a replica as I could get to a gown from about 1912. It was made of satin and black lace with a silk flower at the waist.

The Hunt Will Be On!!

As soon as I open the sim back up again the hunt will be on for 21 apples and lots of dresses marked down to 100L and some lower :) See you tomorrow when I open it up for 5 days. Remember - 1:00 SL time on the 16th Ridha will be here to sing his smooth tunes for you!

Another gown that is based on a historic 1890's gown but it has a twist! It can also be a modern gown and the texture - jewels and more jewels with a lace jabot!

Step Back In Time With Me

I study a lot of vintage clothing and styles and have done for years. I was also reading a newspaper article about my great grandmother's wedding dress and it gave me the inspiration for my new barn and my new complete outfit - 1890's Gold & Lace. It is elegant and lovely and for those vintage clothing lovers I hope you like it. I am keeping it on sale throughout the fair at 200L and it will go up to 300L at the end of the fair.
